Just a few steps from the kitchen is a separate entrance entertainment area with board games, and a laundry room with bathroom. You will have two braais to choose from, one is outdoor and the other is undercover.

A fully walled property with a large area for kids to run and play safely. Secure parking behind gates for three vehicles. The home also has an alarm, so you can sleep safely.

**RENTAL INFORMATION**
- A one-month rental fee is required as a breakage deposit.

**BOOKING CONDITIONS**

- One set of bed linen and bath towels is provided for the duration of the booking; no additional linen or towels are supplied.
- Guests must bring their own beach towels.
- Guests must log in with their own Netflix and DSTV accounts.
- The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests.
